FAQs:

What are the Guidelines for being approved as a vendor?
  1. You design, create, build, or make your own products.
  2. You are not selling for an MLM (such as Avon, Scentsy, Herbalife, Pampered Chef, etc.)
  3. You are not fundraising or promoting a third-party cause or non-profit organization.
  4. You are not selling items incorporating logos or other copyrighted material.

Note: All vendor products are reviewed and approved by Sheologie.  Those that are approved will be given a booth space based on a first-come, first-served basis.Our intention is to have a variety of different vendors.  Some vendors may be placed on a waiting list if similar vendors are already scheduled.

When do I have to be there?

Your load-in time will be between 1:30-2:00pm. We ask that all vendors be set up and ready by 3:00pm. Doors open at 3:00pm for attendees with shopping hours from 3:00-9:00pm. You are welcome to close from 6:30-7:30 to enjoy the event- if you wish to attend and be seated at a table, you must purchase a ticket otherwise- feel free to listen on audio and where visible from a TV screen.

How many people are expected?

We expect over 1,100 women to attend this year’s Winter Gala.

Are there any fees?

Yes, there are fees are based on the location of your booth, and all booths are required to provide one item from your inventory to be a part of a giveaway for the attendees.

The booth location fees are as follows:

  • Inside Foyer – $70
  • Outside – $50
What should my booth look like?

Having an appealing aesthetic to your booth is necessary and will help your application. We love to see well done put-together booths that go all out! Whether that means twinkle lights, eye- catching table displays, chic tablecloths, large signage, or sparking product with easy to see pricing, we hope to see the owner at the forefront, engaging and talking with the community, promoting a welcoming setting, and making connections.

What will be provided for me?

All vendors will be responsible for their own booth set up and take down, including bringing their own table(s), canopy, products, money box, cash, and credit card services, Heater, Electricity and Lighting. *Note generators must be declared in the application process and approved case by case. Public Wi-Fi is available but can get overloaded, so be prepared with 3G/4G service as a back-up. Our security team is on site; however, vendors are responsible for their booths.

Note: A taped-off space will be reserved for you (usually 10×10) or (8×8). Booths should be within the inside lines of the taped space. Entrance and exit from the booth must be included in the space allotment.

Can I bring a helper?

Yes, if you need to. We want to see you shine and we know support can be useful. Please limit your helper to one person over the age of 12. 

Will I be advertised?

Sheologie reserves the right to advertise you as a vendor in their promotions, including but not limited to photos and videos, both from your sites and pages as well as your booth at the event. These photos/videos are a terrific opportunity to get your name out there as a vendor and promote your business. We encourage you to advertise on your own platforms as well and please feel free to tag us and mention Sheologie in your posts.

What about Inclement Weather?

In the event of inclement weather, the market may be cancelled or postponed at the discretion of Sheologie ministries. In some rare cases we will ask vendors to move locations, such as from outdoor to indoor.

Do I need a permit?

Vendors are solely responsible for any and all applicable state and federal taxes, fees, or permits. Visit www.tax.newmexico.gov for details.

Please read the above FAQs (clicking on each question to view the answers), and then fill out the below application if you are interested in having a booth at this year’s Winter Gala. After you complete this application, we will contact you using the information you provide to request photos of your products and/or booth setup.  If your booth is approved, we will send you a link to register and complete payment.
