Sheologie Series: Leading Ladies
Event

Leading Ladies

Do you find yourself craving a profound experience of God’s Word? Do you long for a flourishing faith that will carry you through challenging circumstances and your own doubts? The book of Genesis provides a glimpse into the lives of women who found triumph in the midst of tragedy. Through these women’s lives, we see the beauty of faithfulness and God’s providential care for His people. We’ll learn that turning back will only harden our hearts and that God always keeps His promises.

Join Sheologie for our new five-week study, Leading Ladies, as we encounter the legacy of faith left by the women of Genesis. We’ll meet at our Osuna campus on Tuesdays, starting January 7. Come to SoPo as early as 5:30 pm for demos and tutorials and enjoy fellowship in the Sheologie community. Plus, grab dinner from your favorite food trucks.

Worship and teaching begin at 6:30 pm, followed by breakthrough groups—a small group setting for you to grow in your relationship with Jesus and with other women.

Online Watch Party

Do you find yourself craving a profound experience of God’s Word? Do you long for a flourishing faith that will carry you through challenging circumstances and your own doubts? The book of Genesis provides a glimpse into the lives of women who found triumph in the midst of tragedy. Through these women’s lives, we see the beauty of faithfulness and God’s providential care for His people. We’ll learn that turning back will only harden our hearts and that God always keeps His promises.

Join Sheologie for Leading Ladies live online and encounter the legacy of faith left by the women of Genesis. Bible study starts Tuesday, January 7, with worship and teaching at 6:30 pm on our YouTube channel.

Life is so much better with community, so we encourage you to start or join a Bible study group in your area and watch the live teaching together. The Leading Ladies study enhancement, Live Relationally by Lenya Heitzig, will be available for purchase at the Sheologie Online Shop. After you register, we’ll reach out with simple steps and resources to support your Bible study group.

Sheologie Kids

Make Bible study their thing, too. We’re happy to offer our Sheologie Kids program for children ages six weeks through fifth grade during Leading Ladies starting Tuesday, January 7, at our Osuna campus. While you’re encountering the legacy of faith left by the women of Genesis, your kids can enjoy games, crafts, dinner, and biblical teaching in a safe and loving environment. Our Sheologie Kids team aims to help your children gain a clear understanding of God’s Word and develop their own personal relationship with Jesus.

Check-in starts at 5:30 pm; please pick up your child(ren) no later than 8:30 pm. Dinner will be provided. If your child has food allergies or requires other accommodations, please be sure to send dinner or snacks with them. (For infants, please provide diapers, breast milk, formula, or baby food.)

Sheologie registration fees are nonrefundable and will be considered a donation to support our studies and resource needs. If any of the registration fees pose a financial hardship, contact Chloe Valdez at Chloe.Valdez@calvaryabq.org.

Madison Newcomb

Sheologie Program Manager

Madison was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She was a hopeless sinner saved by His sweet grace. Her passion is to see other women's lives transformed by the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Sheologie changed her life, and now her prayer is that every woman, no matter their age, finds purpose, belonging, friendship, and their own God-given identity here. Her heart is to minister and love on every woman she crosses paths with. Madison loves walking through gardens and spending time with her soon-to-be husband, Landan. She enjoys trying new coffee shops, and brunching with her friends and family. Madison's office door is always open for a quick "hello", a SoPo coffee run, for prayer, and anything in between.
